Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Technology Strategy Leader to align enterprise priorities with clear roadmaps, investments, and operating routines across Enterprise Data, AI and Platforms. This role requires strategic leadership and the ability to unite product, engineering, governance, security, and compliance teams around measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in technology strategy, roadmaps, and governance in regulated environments, with strong executive communication

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology strategy and portfolio leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale roadmaps, governance models, standards, dependency management, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead an integrated technology strategy and roadmap across Enterprise Data, AI and Platforms.
• Turn enterprise goals into an actionable portfolio by clarifying scope, tradeoffs, decisions, and value measures for product, engineering, and business partners.
• Improve the platform experience through onboarding, access, documentation, support, observability, and enablement to reduce friction and increase adoption.
• Partner across product, engineering, architecture, governance, security, privacy, compliance, finance, operations, and business teams to align decisions and remove barriers.
• Build investment cases and benefits plans that connect funding decisions to measurable outcomes, including adoption, reliability, reuse, satisfaction, and cost efficiency.
• Establish governance routines, decision rights, portfolio reviews, standards alignment, dependency management, and risk escalation paths that improve transparency and accountability.
• Advance responsible AI strategy by helping teams prioritize intake, move experiments to scale, and improve quality, speed, and reuse across the enterprise.
