Job summary

The Cigna Group seeks a senior AI Strategy leader to identify, frame, validate, and prioritize AI opportunities that drive enterprise revenue and margin growth. You will partner with SBU and functional leaders to turn problems into investable theses and guide decisions on where to invest, slow, or stop.

In a matrix environment, you will develop roadmaps, value realization models, and governance to ensure responsible AI, clinical relevance, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in strategy, product strategy, management consulting, or related field in a large/regu lated enterprise.
• Ability to evaluate value, adoption risk, implementation complexity, and total cost of ownership with technology partners.
• Clear written and verbal communication with senior business leaders and experience operating in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities with measurable value and frame each in business terms.
• Develop investment theses, value realization models, and roadmaps with data to back them.
• Frame problems and advise on proceed, sequence, or stop decisions for the leadership.
• Partner with product, technology, and AI Enablement on portfolio tracking and value reporting.
