Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Product Strategy Senior Advisor for Identity Strategy & Innovation to lead enterprise identity strategy, modernization and governance. You will translate business needs into roadmaps, partner with personalization and data foundations, and drive adoption of secure, AI-aware identity capabilities across authentication, access and delegation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Strategy/Management, Identity & Access Management, digital platforms, security technology.
• Track record developing enterprise product strategies, roadmaps, investment narratives, and executive recommendations.
• Hands-on familiarity with identity capabilities (registration, login, MFA, passkeys, account recovery, proofing, fraud controls, federation, SSO, delegated access).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on identity platform strategy and modernization priorities.
• Develop and recommend the identity roadmap and capability prioritization across authentication, access, registration, identity proofing, trusted devices, fraud posture, and delegation.
• Shape funding proposals, prioritization recommendations, and executive reporting that inform enterprise investment decisions.
• Evaluate platform gaps, technology trends, and emerging threats to help evolve the identity investment portfolio.
