Job summary

Pharming seeks a Senior Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the strategy, governance, and value realization of the company’s enterprise application landscape. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into scalable, compliant, and integrated technology capabilities across a global biopharmaceutical environment.

Based in Warren, NJ with a hybrid schedule (2-3 in-office days per week), the role drives modernization, risk management, and business transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/CS/Business/Engineering/Life Sciences.
• 15+ years in enterprise applications with global/regulatory exposure.
• Biotech/healthcare experience is a plus.
• Owns application strategy, governance, lifecycle, and roadmaps.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/HR platforms.
• Fluent English; travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise applications strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Partner with executives to translate priorities into application capabilities.
• Govern demand and prioritize investments by value and risk.
• Oversee major programs, upgrades, integrations, and transformations.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and data strategies.
• Lead and mature the enterprise applications function.
