Job summary

Hirebridge seeks a Lead/Principal Enterprise Architect to define and drive the technology roadmap for a complex application portfolio, including long-standing Java/.NET apps, COTS products, and Oracle databases. The role will balance legacy modernization with strategic cloud adoption in a hybrid on-prem/cloud environment.

The successful candidate will bridge business strategy and technical execution, collaborate with executives, vendors, and development teams, and guide modernization initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience including enterprise or solution architecture.
• 5+ years in enterprise/solution architecture role.
• Hands-on experience with Java/.NET applications and Oracle databases.
• Experience with COTS products and hybrid on-prem/cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Define target-state architectures and phased modernization plans for legacy systems.
• Provide architectural guidance across technologies without replacing hands-on teams.
• Lead integration of on-prem systems with cloud services and cloud migration efforts.
• Evaluate AI-enabled solutions for responsible adoption within the roadmap.
