Pharming is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the company’s application strategy, governance, and value realization across a global biopharmaceutical organization. You will partner with executive leadership to translate business priorities into scalable enterprise capabilities, ensuring secure, integrated, and compliant platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 15+ years of applicable experience including significant senior leadership in enterprise applications, preferably global or regulated environments.
• Experience in biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences is a plus.
• Proven experience owning strategy, portfolio governance, lifecycle management, and roadmap delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise applications strategy, roadmap, and governance model.
• Ensure the application portfolio supports strategic priorities and growth ambitions.
• Drive simplification, standardization, modernization, and rationalization of the portfolio.
• Lead partnerships with executives to translate priorities into application capabilities and value.
• Oversee major programs, upgrades, integrations, and transformations with delivery within scope, time, budget, and compliance constraints.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, data, and infrastructure strategies.
