Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging is seeking a Director of Global Enterprise Applications to lead strategy, governance, delivery, and continuous improvement of our global application portfolio. This role partners with executive leadership to ensure systems support operational excellence, regulatory compliance, growth, and digital transformation.

The Director will oversee ERP, MES, QMS, PLM, analytics, and integration platforms, manage a global team, drive process standardization, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive experience leading enterprise applications, ERP, or business systems.
• Five or more years of leadership experience managing teams and large-scale technology programs.
• Significant experience supporting manufacturing operations in regulated industries (healthcare, life sciences, pharma).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global enterprise applications strategy with the VP, Global IT.
• Oversee the enterprise application portfolio including ERP, MES, QMS, PLM, analytics, and integrations.
• Lead the complete application lifecycle from selection to retirement and optimization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness with Quality, Regulatory, and Security teams.
• Build and lead a high-performing global team of application leaders and partners.
