Job summary

Qualifications

Master's degree in a field related to the functions of the post.
Desirable: Product Management, ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2/MSP, Cloud Tech, Data Science.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for the Procurement Funds digital product portfolio.
Define vision, strategy and roadmaps for PAHO digital products and platforms.
Govern end-to-end product operating model and delivery governance.
Lead assessments and improvement roadmaps for Member States Portal and related solutions.
Monitor product performance indicators and manage budgets and risks.
Engage stakeholders and identify opportunities for automation and AI.
