Job summary
Pan American Health Organization seeks a senior leader to guide ITS digital products and platforms supporting the Regional Revolving Funds program. You will ensure secure, reliable, and innovative solutions enabling Member States to access vaccines and essential health supplies.
Reporting to ITS leadership, you will define product vision, govern operating models, assess portals, and drive roadmaps, budgets, and governance with cross‑organizational collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- Essential:9 years IT/digital product experience; 5+ years leading enterprise platforms.
- Desirable: PM/ITSM/PMO/Cloud/Data Science certifications and related training.
Responsibilities
- Lead procurement funds digital product portfolio and roadmaps.
- Govern end-to-end product and platform operating model across multiple orgs.
- Assess Member States Portal and translate into improvement roadmaps.
- Manage roadmaps, releases, risks, budgets, and governance reporting.
- Engage stakeholders across Member States and teams for innovation.
