Job summary

PAHO—the Pan American Health Organization—seeks a senior leader to head procurement operations and international logistics under its Regional Revolving Funds. You will steward agile, high-quality delivery of essential health supplies to countries across the Region, guiding procurement strategies and supplier partnerships.

You will oversee end-to-end P2P processes, develop operational dashboards and KPIs, and provide expert advisory support to Member States, offices, and partner organizations,

Qualifications

• Nine years of combined national and international procurement experience.
• Experience in procure-to-pay management and international logistics for health supplies.
• Supervisory experience within a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement operations and international logistics strategies for agile, quality delivery of health supplies.
• Coordinate procurement and transportation strategies for vaccines, medicines, and health supplies across the Region.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive P2P improvements, logistics performance, and service quality.
