Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a Director, Strategy & Operations to serve as the strategic advisor and operational partner to the Vice President of Global Cloud Operations. This role shapes the direction of a critical technology organization and builds scalable operating models that enable engineering to perform at their highest level.

You will lead organizational planning, governance, financial planning, and executive reporting while partnering across engineering, product, finance, HR, and security to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years in business operations, strategy, program management, or related disciplines.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience supporting senior technology executives.
• Experience leading strategic planning, organizational transformation, and cross-functional execution.
• Strong financial, operational, and analytical acumen.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning process for Global Cloud Operations.
• Own the business operating model and drive organizational rhythm and governance.
• Oversee executive programs, portfolio roadmaps, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop and deliver executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
• Foster alignment across Engineering, Product, Finance, HR, and leadership.
