Infinite Electronics seeks a Director of the Customer Success Center to lead the Irvine, CA operation. Candidates will drive revenue growth, customer retention, and a superior customer experience by overseeing Customer Service, Inside Sales, and related teams.

The role requires a hunter mindset, selling technical RF components, and a proven ability to scale a high-performing customer success organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in customer success, contact center management, or related field.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of improving customer outcomes.
• Proven ability to drive performance and collaborate across functions.
• Excellent communication and strategic problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Customer Success Center, Customer Service, and Inside Sales functions.
• Lead, develop, and mentor supervisors and frontline teams to foster a high-performance culture.
• Attract, hire and develop top talent while cultivating a collaborative, customer-focused workplace.
• Align customer service with the full sales lifecycle to drive revenue and loyalty.
• Define and monitor KPIs (CSAT, NPS, conversion, retention) and optimize operations for growth.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, and IT to enhance customer journeys.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and scalable processes.
