Arrow Electronics' SiliconExpert team is seeking a Customer Success Representative to help customers transform intelligence into action. You will manage accounts, guide onboarding, and drive renewals while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of related experience, a 4-year degree, and a customer-centric mindset. Occasional travel up to 25% is expected; hybrid work arrangement may apply.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and renewal cycles.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts to ensure positive customer experience and revenue growth; onboard and train to boost retention.
• Meet or exceed renewal and growth targets; monitor at-risk renewals and cancellations.
• Understand product offerings and licensing models; respond to inquiries and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams to build market intelligence.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with accounts during renewal year; travel less than 25%.
