Job summary

Oscar Health seeks an Associate Director, Corporate Events to lead strategy, planning, and execution of world-class experiences that engage employees, brokers, partners, and leaders. This hybrid role is based in New York and collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Communications, Partnerships, and Executive Leadership to elevate our brand.

You will own the full event lifecycle, drive ROI, manage multimillion-dollar budgets, and mentor a cross-functional team to reflect Oscar's mission and values in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in event strategy, corporate relations, or experiential marketing in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Proven success leading large-scale events with senior executive involvement.
• Strong creative vision with operational rigor and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set a unified, forward-looking corporate events strategy aligned with Oscar's brand and business priorities.
• Advise senior leadership on event positioning, audience experience, and business impact.
• Lead full event lifecycle from conceptualization through post-event analysis.
• Manage budgets, vendor sourcing, negotiations, and ROI assurance.
• Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Communications, Partnerships, and Market teams.
• Drive executive engagement and visibility at events, ensuring alignment with brand voice and mission.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary events team and develop scalable playbooks and processes.
