Job summary

Associated Black Charities in Baltimore seeks a Senior Manager of Community Leadership and Learning to lead ABC Academy and a broad learning portfolio. You will design and implement programs from concept through evaluation, aligning with ABC’s mission and community priorities.

This role requires strong public speaking, curriculum development, and coordination of external trainers. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and report outcomes to leadership, funders, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5–7 years in program management, nonprofit leadership, or related areas.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABC Academy and learning initiatives, managing from design through evaluation.
• Develop curricula, facilitator guides, and learning materials with adult-learning principles.
• Supervise staff and contractors, ensuring accountability and deadlines.
• Build partnerships and coordinate outreach, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Evaluate programs, track outcomes, and report to leadership and funders.
