Harmony Biosciences in Plymouth Meeting, PA, is seeking an Executive Director, Commercial Data & Technology to lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the commercial data and technology ecosystem.

The role oversees data warehouse, integrations, CRM, MDM, BI, and related platforms; partners across Commercial and IT to translate priorities into scalable, governed solutions that enable growth, launch readiness, and analytics.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12+ years in data, analytics, or commercial technology, pharma/biotech preferred.
• 5+ years leading teams and managing vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the commercial data and technology strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee data warehouse, integrations, MDM, and governance.
• Partner with Commercial and IT to deliver scalable solutions.
• Budget ownership and vendor relationships.
