Job summary

Harmony Biosciences is seeking an Executive Director, Commercial Data & Technology to lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the commercial data and technology ecosystem at our Plymouth Meeting office. You will oversee data foundation, platforms, CRM, BI, and governance to enable growth, analytics, and informed decision-making.

The role partners across Commercial and IT, shaping scalable, regulated solutions and owning the budget and outcomes of platform investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial data and technology strategy and roadmap aligned with Commercial and enterprise priorities.
• Direct the enterprise commercial data strategy and architecture, including data warehouse/lake, integrations, MDM, and data governance, through a team of data and technology professionals.
• Serve as the executive business owner for the commercial technology portfolio (CRM, BI, MDM, and related platforms), setting platform strategy, priorities, investment, and governance.
• Set and enforce commercial data governance policy and standards, including quality, lineage, access, documentation, and lifecycle management, across Commercial and its partner functions.
• Partner with Commercial leadership, Sales and field teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to anticipate business needs and shape data and technology solutions.
• Align with IT, Security, Privacy, and Compliance to meet policies and regulatory requirements, and lead data/technology risk management.
• Advise senior leadership and shape data/tech solutions for analytics, reporting, forecasting, incentive compensation, field execution, Market Access, Patient Services, and exec decision-making.
• Lead technology modernization and platform investment roadmap, own vendor relationships, contracting, performance, and budget, for scalability and value.
• Own the Commercial Data & Technology budget and deliver platform outcomes.
• Lead and develop the Commercial Data & Technology organization, defining structure, operating model, and talent strategy.
