Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in financial services, life insurance, or institutional insurance.
• 7+ years in leadership with strategic initiatives and product/in-force management experience.
• 5+ years developing and executing business strategies with metrics and outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategy for Institutional Insurance operating model and service delivery.
• Oversee New Business, Post Issue Services, Quantitative Consulting and Business Systems Consulting.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Underwriting, Technology and Finance.
• Drive automation, reporting and capability enhancements for scalability.
• Develop and execute client experience and advisor experience strategies.
