Job summary

MassMutual in Boston or Springfield seeks an Actuary for Institutional Insurance Product & Pricing. You will lead pricing for BOLI/COLI products, manage product development, modeling, underwriting, and risk analysis, and collaborate with Corporate Actuarial and ERM.

Strong actuarial background required and excellent communication. Responsibilities include building pricing models, reviewing quotes, and guiding risk-driven decisions to support profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, or related field.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
• 5 years of actuarial experience.

Responsibilities

• Pricing and quoting for BOLI/COLI products.
• Build and maintain pricing models for institutional products.
• Lead pricing reviews with Corporate Actuarial, ERM, and other stakeholders.
• Develop or coordinate experience assumptions for BOLI/COLI products.
• Provide leadership in risk analysis and management.
• Comply with actuarial standards and company policies.
