Job summary

MassMutual is seeking an Actuary to join the Institutional Insurance Product & Pricing team in Boston, MA or Springfield, MA. The role focuses on pricing, product development, and risk management for BOLI/COLI products, including private placement COLI pricing.

You will work with a seasoned team on Universal Life and Variable Universal Life products, influence pricing strategy, and drive profitable growth while meeting risk guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, or Computer/Data Science, Actuarial Science or related field.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
• 5 years of actuarial experience.

Responsibilities

• Pricing and product management for BOLI/COLI products.
• Build and maintain pricing and risk analysis models.
• Lead pricing reviews with stakeholders.
