Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation seeks a senior leader to oversee outpatient behavioral health clinics across the region. You will supervise clinical staff, drive program development, and ensure compliance with AHCCCS and payer requirements.

The role emphasizes partnership development, data-guided programming, and budget management to support diverse populations in Arizona. Strong leadership and coordination with internal teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Development, Behavioral Health or related field with 7 years of supervisory and program development experience.
• Independent license in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family, or Substance Abuse preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and oversight of BH outpatient clinics including training and supervision of program staff to ensure quality behavioral health services.
• Develops programing with input from stakeholders and integrates best practice models into BH clinics.
• Oversees clinic operations ensuring compliance with AHCCCS, health plans, and state regulations.
• Networks with stakeholders and develops strategic partnerships to promote growth in the region and assist with grants/contracts.
• Analyzes clinical data to guide programming and funding streams.
• Manages the behavioral health budget and assists with annual budget planning and expense tracking.
