Easterseals Blake Foundation in Arizona is seeking a Senior Program Director to lead outpatient clinics across the region. You will oversee clinical operations, staff supervision, budgeting, and compliance with AHCCCS and contracts, ensuring high‑quality behavioral health services.

The role emphasizes program development, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and grant opportunities, with collaboration across departments to grow services and improve outcomes for children, families, and adults

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 7 years of supervisory and program development experience required.
• Independent license in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family, or Substance Abuse preferred by AZ Board.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees BH outpatient clinics including supervision and staff training.
• Develops programs with input from stakeholders to serve families and adults.
• Monitors compliance with AHCCCS, health plans, and contracts.
• Manages budget and staffing for the assigned site.
• Coordinates with community partners and participates in grant opportunities.
• Ensures high-quality clinical documentation and productivity tracking.
