Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience in a large multi-specialty group.
• Demonstrated expertise in auxiliary operations such as Radiology, Lab, Pharmacy, and PT.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with physician-led governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership for high-volume ancillary departments.
• Serve as a key bridge between executive leadership and physician-owners.
• Ensure service lines are aligned with the Clinic's long-term growth and excellence goals.
