Job summary

Prism Vision Group is seeking a Vice President of ASC Operations to lead a growing ambulatory surgery center portfolio. The role combines clinical and financial leadership, focusing on physician partnerships, operational excellence, and a scalable operating model across sites.

You will partner with ASC Administrators and Medical Directors to drive performance, develop dashboards, and reduce on-site administrative burden through data, tools, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA, or related graduate degree preferred.
• RN licensure and surgical experience preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive ASC or surgical services operations, multi-site leadership experience.
• Proven success in P&L management, operational improvement, and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio-level P&L performance and financial forecasting.
• Drive operating cadence with dashboards, KPIs, and reviews.
• Improve OR utilization, scheduling efficiency, and patient flow.
