Job summary
McDonough District Hospital seeks a Vice President to provide executive oversight for the hospital's ancillary and revenue integrity functions. The role collaborates with the President/CEO and senior leaders to align operations with strategic priorities and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
The Vice President will lead multiple departments, optimize financial outcomes, and drive regulatory compliance, technology use, and revenue capture across services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, information systems, clinical discipline, or related field.
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Health Information Management, or related discipline preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight for ancillary services, revenue integrity, and related hospital operations.
- Collaborate with the President/CEO, executive leadership, medical staff, and department leaders to align operations with strategy.
- Oversee documentation, coding, charging, billing, and reimbursement with compliance to regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient experience, revenue cycle performance, and operational efficiency.
- Lead budgeting, strategic planning, performance improvement, and capital planning.
