The role directs strategic planning, accreditation oversight, institutional effectiveness, and the school’s AI strategy, guiding data-informed decisions and continuous quality improvement across units. It requires alignment with LCME/WSCUC/BPPE standards and executive collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in strategy, education accreditation, quality improvement, administrative or operational management in an academic or healthcare setting.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in supervision of a team; experience leading cross‑functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and translate long-term goals into actionable priorities and measurable objectives.
• Oversee accreditation activities and liaise with LCME, BPPE and WSCUC; ensure compliance and readiness for reviews.
