Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in human resources or related field.
• Five years of leadership experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Five years managing talent management processes (acquisition, performance, development, succession).
• Two years experience in employee engagement programs.
• Two years experience in organizational effectiveness and change initiatives.
• Experience using workforce analytics and reporting to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR, talent acquisition, and management strategies aligned with mission and priorities.
• Partner with leaders to assess workforce needs, risks and opportunities, and develop solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor on workforce strategy, organizational design, and change.
• Direct talent programs including acquisition, planning, succession, performance, and development.
• Lead organizational development and change initiatives to boost capability and culture.
• Oversee learning and development design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Identify gaps with HR partners and implement targeted workforce solutions.
• Direct HR operations, ensure compliance, and maintain a positive employee experience.
• Oversee workforce analytics, dashboards, and reporting for health metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement to HR services and organizational performance.
