Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of experience in human resources, business operations, or related field.
• Five (5) years of leadership experience, including supervision.
• Five (5) years in talent management processes.
• Two (2) years developing employee engagement programs.
• Two (2) years in organizational effectiveness and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligning with Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine priorities.
• Partner with leaders to assess workforce needs and risks and implement solutions.
• Lead HR programs including talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Oversee learning and development, employee engagement, and HR analytics.
• Direct HR operations, ensuring compliance and exceptional employee experience.
