Creighton University School of Medicine seeks an Assistant Dean for Evaluation & Analytics to lead data infrastructure, evaluation strategy, and student assessment within the Office of Accreditation and Quality Improvement. This 1.0 FTE role shapes outcomes across education research and accreditation efforts.

The incumbent guides program evaluation for LCME and ARC-PA standards, oversees data governance, and partners with leadership to advance institutional effectiveness in medical education.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in medical school administrative leadership in data analytics.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with colleagues, leaders and staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all academic data analytics for the School of Medicine.
• Oversee program evaluation for LCME and ARC-PA standards.
• Support Graduate Medical Education data analytics.
• Develop and implement student assessment for the medical education program.
• Lead and participate in scholarly activity related to education research.
• Coordinate quality improvement programming and data governance initiatives.
