Job summary

Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences seeks a Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness and Accreditation to lead the IE&A portfolio, directing the Registrar and Accreditation and Assessment offices. The role guides accreditation readiness, data governance, and strategic planning in service of military medicine and public health education.

The VP/Associate Provost will coordinate with the SVP and school deans, manage complex reporting, and serve as the ALO for MSCHE and other

Qualifications

Earned doctoral degree from an accredited university in education, business, public administration, or related field.
Seven+ years of administrative experience in higher education with accreditation, registrar, assessment, or institutional research.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to credit hours, graduation, and academic standing.
Experience with complex SIS and reporting tools (Salesforce, Ellucian Banner, Workday).

Responsibilities

Direct planning, evidence gathering, and drafting of accreditation self-studies and reviews.
Oversee Office of the University Registrar and Office of Accreditation and Assessment for compliance and effectiveness.
Serve as Accreditation Liaison Officer (ALO) and MSCHE/other accrediting body liaison.
Advise deans and department chairs on accreditation standards, program assessment, and reporting.
Lead data strategy, KPI development, and institutional reporting to align with strategic plan.
