Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and six years of related experience required.
• Experience developing internships, apprenticeships, or work-based learning initiatives.
• Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to expand paid internships and work-based learning across programs.
• Partner with academic leaders to align internships with coursework and degrees.
• Manage cross-campus initiatives, ensuring alignment with student success and employment goals.
• Identify barriers to participation and work with partners to improve access and outcomes.
• Establish measures of participation, completion, employer engagement, and career outcomes.
• Communicate progress and results to leadership and funders through reports and presentations.
• Cultivate employer, alumni, and partner relationships to expand opportunities.
• Navigate institutional processes and engage stakeholders to advance initiatives.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
