The Research Foundation of The City University of New York (RFCUNY) seeks a Senior Director for Career & Academic Integration to lead the university's career exposure, integrated advising, and career-connected learning initiatives across 26 campuses. Reporting to the Vice Chancellor, you will scale CUNY Beyond, build partnerships with employers, and drive data-informed strategy.

• Advise the Vice Chancellor and senior leadership on career integration and policy.
• Oversee key initiatives, manage stakeholders, and drive performance goals with a culture of collaboration.
• Develop partnerships with campuses, national experts, and external partners to advance career-connected learning.
