Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
• MBA, MS, or other advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, commercial strategy, sales operations, business analytics, or related functions.
• Experience in oncology, hematology, cell therapy, or complex treatment environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evolution of sales strategy frameworks, including territory and account segmentation.
• Define and maintain analytics capabilities with dashboards, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and market insights to generate proactive, actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Enterprise teams to translate data into strategic plans and priorities.
• Support incentive compensation design, deployment modeling, and promotion strategy.
• Lead analyses informing planning decisions, launch readiness, and resource deployment.
