Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ, seeks a Sr. Manager for Strategic Options & Assessment in Hematology, Oncology, and Cell Therapy. This role partners with Global Program Teams to quantify risk and generate valuation analyses guiding investment decisions across assets and programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in spreadsheet modeling & analysis, forecasting, financial modeling or valuation.
• Experience with matrix stakeholder management and comfort with ambiguity.
• Significant training or experience in management science or decision analysis to support decision making under uncertainty.
• Knowledge of the drug development process is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely updates on projects and TA at internal SOA meetings and use project management tools to track progress and achievements.
• Implement decision analysis tools and processes (e.g., influence maps, impact scoring cards) to support strategic decision-making in collaboration with cross-functional leaders.
• Participate in the facilitation of strategic workshops to help GPTs define frameworks, assess options, and identify key value drivers and trade-offs.
• Establish and maintain healthy working relationships with key stakeholders influencing decisions and prioritizing work.
• Partner within broader Portfolio Analytics Team in developing methodologies for TA level portfolio decisions.
• Function as SOA leads within programs and perform job activities independently.
• Serve as a resource for others in the broader Team of Business Development and Portfolio Analytics.
