You’ll leverage AI tools, Workday, and Phenom to attract top technical and financial talent while ensuring compliant, inclusive hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Communications, Sales, Marketing, or another related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a talent acquisition professional.
• Experience sourcing and hiring technical and financial talent required.
• Expert level knowledge in all full life cycle recruiting components.
• Experience operating within Workday’s ATS is required.
• Experience operating within Phenom’s CRM interface is a big plus.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track and report progress.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders with hiring strategies and market trends.
• Own end-to-end recruiting process and ensure exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to translate priorities into recruiting actions.
• Use market data to advise on talent availability, compensation trends, and risks.
• Leverage AI-enabled sourcing tools to identify top talent across functions.
• Provide data-driven progress updates and insights to leadership.
• Work with HRBP, Compensation, Mobility, Onboarding, and Inclusion teams for smooth processes.
• Promote Cboe’s employer brand across candidate interactions and channels.
