Job summary

Oak Street Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Lead Director, Provider Operations and Strategy to translate clinical strategy into actionable execution across 230 centers. You will partner with the CMO to drive priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and elevate organizational performance through governance and strategic communications.

You will develop executive-level materials, monitor progress against objectives, and influence leaders to align on critical clinical and business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare strategy, clinical operations, provider operations, management consulting, healthcare transformation, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Partner with the CMO to advance strategic priorities across the provider organization.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives supporting provider operations and organizational performance.
Develop and execute strategic plans, annual goals, and enterprise clinical priorities.
Lead complex projects from concept to implementation with clear timelines and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, finance, technology, people, and transformation teams to drive initiatives.
