Job summary

Oak Street Health, part of CVS Health, is hiring a Lead Director, Provider Operations and Strategy to translate strategy into actionable plans and drive enterprise clinical priorities. This role works with physician leaders, operations, and corporate partners to shape execution and governance while advancing organizational goals.

You will develop executive-level communications, monitor progress, and steer initiatives across multiple functions, ensuring accountability and impact for Medicare

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare strategy, clinical operations, provider operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing leaders in a matrixed organization.
• Experience supporting executive leaders, strategic planning efforts, or organizational transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CMO to advance strategic priorities and drive execution across the provider organization.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives supporting provider operations, workforce engagement, clinical excellence, and performance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and enterprise clinical priorities with executive stakeholders.
• Lead complex projects from concept to delivery, including timelines, stakeholders, and success metrics.
