Job summary

Longterm Health Management Services seeks a Chief Strategy Officer to lead census growth strategies, ROI-driven programs, and implementation of the company’s business plan across a designated region. You will hold hospital liaisons accountable and develop their professional growth.

You will report to the CEO, oversee regional HLs, and align daily census reporting and monthly reviews with annual targets while anticipating future trends in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible for multi site management and staff development experience in long-term care.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to relate positively with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other facility staff.

Responsibilities

• Census: communicate Census and Mix objectives, ensure a sales/marketing plan to maximize census, review daily census status and monthly goals.
• Hospital Liaison Development: orient new Hospital Liaisons, conduct annual and quarterly reviews, oversee HL development.
• Oversee and develop strategies to ensure ROI and implementation of programs and philosophy across the region.
