Job summary

Early Warning Services, LLC is seeking a Lead Product Manager to scale Paze by simplifying merchant/partner integrations, enabling faster live deployments. Expertise in APIs, developer experience, and fintech context is preferred.

The role requires guiding a cross-functional team to deliver customer-centered solutions, with a strong emphasis on API strategy, risk considerations, and collaboration across product, design, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelors degree.
• Typically, 12 or more years of related work experience OR post-secondary degree and at least 8 years of related work experience.
• Demonstrated experience in design thinking and agile development process and methodology.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and cross functional collaboration experience.
• Proven experience in and passion for building and delivering great products.
• Demonstrated experience in setting a product strategy, roadmap and in meeting product revenue targets
• Experience with OpenAPI specs.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and vision across multiple products.
• Lead cross-functional teams to understand customer pain points and drive value.
• Collaborate with marketing, research, analytics, design and development partners to deliver solutions.
• Oversee risk and security controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Define requirements and groom user stories for API-related projects.
