Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to scale Paze by simplifying integrations for merchants and partners. The role focuses on APIs, Web/Mobile/Server SDKs, and Developer Experience in a fintech context.

You will lead a cross-functional team and shape product strategy to deliver fast, reliable integrations. The role requires extensive experience in product leadership, agile development, and a strong customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Typically 12+ years of related work experience OR 8+ years with post-secondary degree.
• Experience in design thinking and agile development processes/methodology.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Proven experience in building and delivering great products and in setting a product strategy/roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and determine product(s) and features to build and deliver to customers.
• Lead a cross-functional team to understand customer pain points and drive solutions.
• Articulate product strategy and vision across multiple products.
• Oversee risk and security controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Define requirements, groom user stories, and work with technologists to deliver market solutions.
