Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline.

Responsibilities

Drive multi-team initiatives from framing through execution, measurement, and iteration.
Build and maintain program roadmaps, dependency maps, and risk registers, clearing blockers across IT, Purchasing, Vendors, Finance, HR, and Manufacturing.
Establish operating rhythms and lead reviews with AI Research, AI Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Product teams.
Define KPIs linking AI/robotics milestones to enterprise manufacturing outcomes and cycle times.
Translate complex technical visions into executive-ready narratives and decisions for SVP-and-above audiences.
