Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Physical AI Delivery and Solutioning Manager to lead client workstreams from discovery through mobilization in the Physical AI domain. The role blends delivery accountability with technical depth to guide engineering decisions, redesign operating workflows, and manage stakeholder outcomes across robotics, digital twins, AI/ML deployment, and OT integration.

Travel up to 75% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in consulting or client-facing delivery.
• Experience in robotics integration, digital twins, AI/ML deployment, or industrial automation.
• Ability to manage a project workstream with plan, team, quality, risk, and stakeholder outcomes.
• Understanding of production-readiness, testing, cybersecurity, and OT safety in industrial environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery workstreams across Physical AI domains.
• Own workplans, milestones, staffing, budget and risks.
• Translate operational problems into measurable outcomes and value realization.
• Coordinate engineers, data and AI teams, and OT specialists.
• Provide design and delivery governance across architectures and safety.
• Lead client workshops and executive discussions.
