Job summary

Fountain is seeking a Manager of Military Pathways and Postsecondary Engagement in Oklahoma. This role involves leading and implementing strategies to enhance student success through college and military opportunities. Responsibilities include event coordination, partnership development, and program alignment, helping students explore postsecondary pathways.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of applicable experience and hold a current Oklahoma Teacher’s Certificate. Familiarity with JROTC programming and bilingual capability in Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in K–12 education, higher education, or youth development.
• Experience in event planning, program coordination, or education-related roles preferred.
• Experience in organizing and leading student-facing programs or events required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support districtwide JROTC and military pathway programs.
• Coordinate postsecondary engagement events and student recognition experiences.
• Analyze participation and outcome data to improve programs and increase engagement.
