Fountain is seeking a College and Career Advisor to help students navigate their postsecondary journey. This role involves direct advising for grades 9–12, supporting the development of Individual Career and Academic Plans, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance student access to opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in education, a valid Oklahoma teaching certification, and have two years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in K-12 classroom teaching, advising, or counseling preferred.
• Valid Oklahoma teaching certification in K-12 education or school counseling required.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provides college and career advising to students in grades 9–12.
• Supports the development of the Individual Career and Academic Plan (ICAP).
• Coordinates dual and concurrent enrollment opportunities.
