Job summary

INNIO is seeking a Lead Project Manager for Large Power Generation in Waukesha/Houston to lead end-to-end delivery of multi-hundred‑million dollar projects (>300 MW). You will own scope, schedule, cost, and safety, coordinating engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and field services to ensure safe, on‑time, on‑budget execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PM, Business, or related field.
• Experience leading large-scale power generation projects.
• Experience delivering projects >300 MW and >$300M.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site execution.
• Strong contract management, scheduling, cost & risk management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix org.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale power generation projects through commissioning and final acceptance.
• Own project delivery, safety, schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Direct cross-functional teams across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and legal.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, resource and risk management, milestones.
• Serve as primary customer interface, lead executive reviews with customers and partners.
• Administer contract execution, scope management, changes, and milestones.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities across dimensions.
• Lead safe site execution, installation, commissioning, startup, and handover.
• Manage financial performance: forecasting, cash, margins.
• Provide executive reporting and decision support to senior leadership.
• Drive lessons learned and execution excellence initiatives.
