Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Lead Integrated Engineering and Manufacturing Planner to drive detailed scheduling for Edison Works programs. You will work with engineering, manufacturing, and CAMs to maintain schedules, implement standard work, and support program execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in project management, and eligibility for a DoD security clearance. Experience with Open Plan scheduling tools and Lean practices is desirable for optimizing cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project/program management.
• Capability to get and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed schedules for Edison Works programs.
• Coordinate with major program functions to establish daily management standards and reporting.
• Apply schedule logic for critical path analysis and update status with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Work with EVMS scheduling to meet reporting requirements.
• Provide guidance on cross-functional scheduling, dependencies, and constraints.
• Develop and implement standard work templates and LEAN practices to improve efficiency.
• Lead leadership reporting and support purchased service planning.
