Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Lead Integrated Engineering and Manufacturing Planner in theEvendale, OH area to manage detailed schedules for Edison Works programs and interfaces with engineering, manufacturing, and government property teams.

The role emphasizes LEAN processes, standard work, and active collaboration with CAMs, PMO, and program leadership to improve execution and forecasting across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project/program management.
• Capability to get and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Experience with Open Plan Scheduling tool or equivalent critical path management tools.
• Proven experience leading broad cross-functional teams.
• LEAN practices and Standard Work implementation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with export-controlled information constraints.

Responsibilities

• Support detailed schedules for Edison Works programs and planning teams.
• Establish daily management standards and reporting with other functions.
• Apply schedule logic for program critical path analysis.
• Execute status updates with engineering and manufacturing focal points.
• Coordinate with Earned Value Management Scheduling team for EVM reporting.
• Report program status to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Advise on cross-functional scheduling, dependencies, and reporting.
• Drive process improvements using GE scheduling tools.
• Support leadership reporting and purchased service planning.
