Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in supply chain or procurement.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain management, strategic sourcing, subcontracts administration, materials management, logistics, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading supply chain activities on large industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, transportation, or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract formation, contract administration, sourcing, supplier management, and commercial negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence project stakeholders.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Experience utilizing enterprise procurement and ERP systems.
• Must be willing to travel periodically for periods of less than a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead all supply chain functions for assigned projects: planning, sourcing, contracting, procurement, logistics, and materials management.
• Provide strategic oversight of procurement and contract activities.
• Lead project supply chain planning and status meetings.
• Mentor supply chain team members and align objectives with schedules and budgets.
• Serve as a SME and provide leadership and guidance on complex commercial decisions.
• Interface with project teams, legal, risk, tax, suppliers, and internal procurement departments.
• Resolve escalated contract issues and move contracts forward to execution.
