Job summary

Kiewit Supply Network in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Lead Supply Chain Specialist to lead procurement, sourcing, contracting, and logistics for complex projects, aligning supply chain work with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

You will mentor the supply chain team, collaborate with project leadership, construction, engineering, and suppliers, and provide expert guidance on contracts and commercial negotiations across industrial EPC environments. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years in procurement or supply chain roles.
• Experience leading supply chain on large industrial/EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and supply chain planning for projects.
• Review and negotiate contracts and vendor templates.
• Mentor supply chain team and align with stakeholders.
• Negotiate high-risk contracts and provide legal liaison.
• Develop vendor relationships and manage negotiations.
• Ensure alignment with schedules, budgets, quality, and goals.
