Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead all functional procurement and supply chain activities for assigned projects. You will develop and execute project supply chain strategies, manage procurement teams, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services to support project objectives.

Located in Lenexa, KS or Houston, TX, this senior role involves driving supplier relationships, mitigating risks, and collaborating with project teams to achieve cost-efficient execution

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and project management skills.
• Solid understanding of procurement, contracts, and risk management.
• Willingness to travel as required for project execution.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project supply chain and procurement activities from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop and execute project-specific supply chain plans and sourcing strategies.
• Oversee procurement of engineered equipment, bulk materials, and services.
• Manage buy-out activities to meet schedules and budgets.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to minimize risk.
